Elk van ons brengt een eigen expertise mee, gedragen door een gedeelde visie: lichaamsgericht, menselijk en met respect voor ieders unieke manier van zijn. We werken samen, stemmen af en geloven in de kracht van verbinding — met jezelf, met anderen, met de natuur en met de paarden.

Expert Hoogbegaafdheid, neurodiversiteit & equitherapie
Ik begeleid jongeren en volwassenen die zoeken naar meer rust, richting of houvast in hun leven of werk. Vanuit mijn expertise in hoogbegaafdheid en neurodiversiteit werk ik zowel individueel als in groepssessies rond loopbaan, leiderschap, persoonlijke ontwikkeling, sociaal-emotionele vaardigheden en andere relevante thema’s. Ook begeleid ik mensen in terug-naar-werktrajecten na uitval.
Mijn aanpak is ervaringsgericht en lichaamsbewust, met ruimte voor vertraging, afstemming en verbinding. De paarden en de natuurlijke omgeving vormen daarbij een ondersteunende context die helpt om inzichten tastbaar te maken en nieuwe vaardigheden te oefenen.
